For the [[Twisted Christmas]] update, he was re-skinned as Santa Claus , similar to the [[Patriarch]]. This skin depicts a very obese Santa Claus, with his girth tearing the fabric of his red suit. He is also wielding a cleaver.

For the [[Summer Sideshow]] update he was re-skinned as Pukey the Clown. This skin depicts an old-fashion clown, complete with makeup, silly hat, and frilled collar and frilled wrist-cuffs. The front of the costume is coated in vomit. Unlike both other skins of the Bloat, this one is armed with a medieval mace instead of a butcher cleaver.

For the [[Hillbilly Horror]] update he was re-skinned as Mamma Bessie, a large woman who wore a blue floral patterned blouse. Unlike the original bloat and Pukey the clown, Mamma Bessie wields a meat tenderizer.
